This week I speak with Adrian Edwards. We met in 2004.
Adrian is a musician, teaches at a University, has instructed fitness classes in gyms for over 25 years and is an accomplished runner. He’s run more than 8 marathons, 50-60 half marathons and too many others to count.
We laugh throughout this episode and if anything that’s what I love the most. I want to share that the experience of exercising, however we choose to do it, should be joyful. It doesn’t mean fun at all times but overall something that brings meaning to our lives.
